We take every precaution to protect your personal information. When we ask you to submit financial information, such as your credit card number, we use industry standard technology for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts data, including your credit card number. Most banks or credit card providers either cover all charges resulting from unauthorized use of your credit card or limit your liability to a maximum amount. Refer to your credit card agreement to check your coverage for liability. You are also advised to check your coverage for liability for unauthorized use of other cards such as debit cards.
In addition, we have strict security protocols in place to protect our customer database, and only allow access to it when absolutely necessary, and then under strict guidelines as to what use may be made of such details.

| We ship to the United States. All orders are shipped by US Priority Mail. There is a $3.95 fee for shipping and handling on all orders under $150.00. All orders over $150.00 receive free shipping. |

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may RETURN or EXCHANGE the undamaged item within 30 days of purchase. To EXCHANGE just send $4.95 to cover postage and handling along with item and let me know what you would like to do. If returning the item, please contact us by phone or e-mail for mailing instructions.
All orders are shipped within (2) two business days of processing. All orders will be shipped U.S. Postal Service. Orders under $100.00 will be charged $3.95 shipping.

| Cleaning and Repairs |
|
We recommend that you periodically clean your Serendipity pendants using a car cleaner wax. We use Meguire's. A small amount goes a long way. Just rub it in with a clean cloth and immediately rub it off.
